This may be very basic and elementary, but having different food groups with a meal will make it far more effective in several ways. By doing this, you'll get more out of your meal like more energy afterward , have more variety and tastes in your meal, and usually enjoy your meal more due to this.

I've seen several people that will just have one sort of food as their entire meal, which really doesn't bring a really fulfilling, nutritious, or exciting meal. a superb example of this is able to be one entrée TV dinner . In my opinion, an entrée should never take the place of an entire meal.
